Lovely hosts! Great Breakfast
Just could have done with curtains that kept out the light, and a bathroom that didnt smell fusty. With the b&b being part of the family home, we could hear the families tv till after midnight.

The total stay was very comfortable on holidays. Its location was particularly good and stunning, to a pub for meals. What's more, it was close enough to the outskirts of York and ride terminus. Hotel's restaurant served great meals. Rewritten: the location was amazing and conveniently close to a pub for meals. it was near the outskirts of York and the ride terminus. the hotel's restaurant served delicious meals.

overall a lovely stay on holidays. fairly clean place and lovely and beautiful location. the helpful staff working throughout the hotel. booked a great-sized and extremely pleasant room with a lovely view, 2 comfy chairs, as for instance. savoury and delicious start of the day with toast and cereals. location near to forest, the bus stop or the park and ride, and a taxi or park and ride on the doorstep. also, to road network.

The views are excellent! The breakfast was very good.
It was cold at night! The heat would be discontinued throughout the day by the owners. The bathroom sink could not be used as the pipes became frozen. Breakfast was served in front of our door in a small lobby so that it would be difficult to continue to sleep. The accommodation is good but not luxurious.

The English breakfast had a great selection and the room and bathroom were both spacious with a shower and a hair dryer.

The room was fantastic. King size bed, small self contained lounge to the room and an enormous en-suite. Extremely clean and modern. Tea and coffee facilities and a large flat screen tv in the lounge area. Food very good.
Having to sit at a table to have breakfast with other residents on the landing just outside our bedroom doors, albeit it had a nice view of the garden. Also the owners had dogs which you could smell quite strongly as soon as you walked in.

The bed was very comfortable. The views over the lake and gardens was lovely. Probably better in the summer. The bathroom was a very good size.
The bath towels although very soft did not actually dry our bodies
